In the modern world there have been many changes in how Society views the roles in a marriage. Early last century it was extremely uncommon to see a wife and mother working outside of the home. It was just as unlikely to see the husband doing the laundry or even picking the kids up from school. Yet today, these things are considered as normal as can be. Some think that the sexes have arrived, at last, as equal partners and there are simply no more boundaries to push. These folks (obviously) have not faced the terror of car insurance renewal time.
